Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with our posture pillow. If there is any reason you are not satisfied, you have 90 days to return it with a money-back guarantee. We also have a lifetime warranty for eligible repair/replacement of the posture pillow. If you purchased from a retail partner, please return the item directly to them.

For orders made on our website:

1. Returns are accepted within the first 90 days from the date of purchase.

2. You must send us an email to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. The form must be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned items. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

3. Once we receive the returned product, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund.

4. Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

All orders must ship returns to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Exact return addresses will be provided by our customer experience team during the return process.
